Hello everyone,

Recently I've bought HTC Sensation XE and used it for 2 days. Downloaded few apps (all from HTC market) and had a system update once. So on the 3rd day morning my HTC's alarm started ringing. I picked up the phone and it started shutting down by it self (White screen with HTC logo on it). After a minute I tried to turn it on but there was no response. Since then phone does not turn on even with full battery. Guy handling  Phone's warranty told me that it is most likely OS problem (some kind of bug) and the phone needs to be shipped for at least 1 month in order to learn what is wrong with it, but I am not feeling like waiting a month.

So I am asking you if you have encountered similar problems or perhaps you know the reason it stays off?

Thank you.

No, never encountered this.

Try this:
Remove battery -> Put battery back in -> Keep volume down button pressed and also press power button (Keep them both pressed firmly at the same time).

If you get in to HBOOT (you see skating androids), release the buttons. Then use the volume down button to get to Factory Reset. Press the power button. Your phone data will be nuked and it will reinstall itself.

If that does not work:
Nothing you can do. Ship it for warranty. A month is long, but it usually does not take longer than 2 weeks.
