hey mike, Plug your phone into pc via usb lead, select disk drive mount, when mounted your computer automatically will open media or whatever application you have on your pc to sync pictures and videos. For example i use a macbook, when ever i plug anything in to my usb iphoto loads and finds the device to drag photos/media off.

Anyway if all fails and you cannot do this, plug your phone in via usb, then open the disk drive that mounted on your desktop, once you open main folder, select DCIM, then open 100MEDIA, Then you can see you photos. Highlight copy and paste into a folder or your desktop.  Smiley

Let us know how you get on.

I also want to know how to do this. I followed you as far as "select disk drive mount." What is that? Is it on the phone or the computer? How do I select it?

On the phone, swipe your notification bar down and select disk drive. You computer will then find it,

The above described method is the most efficient, however if that fails or proves to be too tasky for you, you can always just send them to your machine attached to emails.

Gallery > Photos > DCIM > highlight one of the photos > press the menu icon & choose export, then choose your email app, then continue with the email app to send the attached photo. Then navigate to that email service on your computer, open the received email and save the attached photo.

Sadly, you'll need to do this process from start to finish with each photo on your phone. Using the USB method you can  highlight numerous photos and save all at the same time to your computer.

Smiley for me its easy using sync ,as was said in above part plug in USB, male sure debugging is not checked, use as disc drive and pic pictures out of list. It sounds more lengthy  than it really is. It won't take much time at all. This is how I put pictures from my phone to computer, then you can burn a disk or whatever you want from there .its really not a lengthy process. It works quite well.

Hi! As explained already here, I too reckon that the easier way to transfer pics from the phone to the pc, it's by connecting the phone to the pc via usb and then access the DCIM folder and copy the files over as VonStarkeGSD explained.
I normally do that as well, but I also use an app called Android Sync Manager which needs to be installed on pc and phone and then you can easily transfer any files from the pc to phone an vice versa via wireless. They're few other apps that also do the same job.

I skip all the apps & drivers and just drag them back and forth. Works for me.
